The S-2 model is powered by a three-phase electric motor, 21.3 kW Vacuum is created by a maintenance-free side channel vacuum pump that produces an air flow of 1200 m³/h Suction materials are collected inside a 260 liter collection hopper and emptied dust-free into locally supplied big-bags or containers. The trailer can easily be towed by a car. The Model S-2 Electric Atex ACD is available in a non-ignition source design in accordance with the German TRGS 727 regulations, which means that it is electrically conductive and all metal components are earthed to prevent static charging of the suction material. In addition, it is equipped with an Atex certified charge level for zone 20 and an antistatic filter. With this unit it is possible to vacuum material in zones without Atex zone or Atex zone 22 with a suction hose. However, the unit must be placed outside the Atex zone! The suction unit is state-of-the-art and complies with all applicable quality and safety standards. The unit is almost maintenance free. The filtration system complies with valid German and European standards and regulations, which ensures that the dust emission in the working environment is less than 10 mg/m³.
